These Terms & Conditions apply to every visit to our website and every order placed with VYRO WEAR. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.

Products and descriptions

We do our best to show every product as accurately as possible. Still, a few things can differ slightly from what you see on screen:

• Colors may look a little different depending on your screen and its settings.
• Print placement and size can vary slightly from one piece to another.
• Measurements in the size guide are approximate.

These small differences are normal for printed clothing and are not considered defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Shipping fees and any other charges are shown at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive a message confirming that we received it. An order is accepted once we confirm it or ship it.

We may decline or cancel an order in some cases, for example:

• The product is out of stock.
• There is an obvious mistake in the price or the description.
• We cannot verify the payment or the delivery details.

If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery options, fees and estimated times are shown at checkout. Estimated times are not guaranteed, and delays caused by the shipping company, customs or events outside our control can happen.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details.

Returns and refunds

Our products are made to order. Reprints and refunds for damaged or defective items are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these terms. Please read it before you order.

Designs and content

All designs, artwork, logos, photos and text on this website belong to VYRO WEAR or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, print or sell them without our written approval.

Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Place false or fraudulent orders.
• Try to access parts of the website or data you are not allowed to access.
• Interfere with how the website works.
• Copy the website content for commercial use.

Liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
